TIP – How to Hard Allocate Inventory During Order Entry

Many users of SAP Business One did not know you can hard allocate Serial and or Lot controlled items right from a Sales Quotation, Sales Order, etc. The process is simple.

Quick Steps – CTRL+TAB from the Quantity Field on any Marketing Document Row

1. Move to the Quantity field on a Marketing Document Row (Sales Order) after entering a serial or lot controlled item number.
2. Hold the CTRL key down while pressing the TAB key (CTRL+TAB).
3. Now, simply select the lot or serials you wish to allocate.
